If you are an artist and looking to License your artwork:

Air Waves, Inc. Licensing has established many of the top designs in our business through our licensed artwork.  Licensing can be very profitable to an artist and Air Waves, Inc. is constantly searching for new art and ideas.  Please read below the art submission guidelines.

1. We will accept only copies of your artwork such as catalogs, brochures, color copies, photographs, or tear sheets.  Please don’t submit original art or any other type of reproducible material.  If you want your artwork sent back, please send a self addressed stamped envelope, or we will keep the art on file for one year.
 
2. Your submission will be reviewed by our Creative Selection Committee.  Allow 30 – 60 days to receive notification from us.  We will be as efficient as possible in the review of all submissions, so please do not contact us.
 
3. Submit your art or ideas.

*Please note: if your art is not selected, it does not mean it is not good artwork.  Although we use many different themes and categorical subjects, very often our Creative Department is looking for something specific at the time and with 20 years in our business is dedicated in knowing what works in our business at the time. 

If you are a manufacturer of a product line that you feel Air Waves, Inc. artwork would apply and are interested in the potential of using our artwork, we have recently established an outbound licensing program. In the past few years we have maintained numerous accounts in both the home décor and gift markets.  The Air Waves, Inc. Licensing Department is capable of sending you our images for your review and creative selection process in many formats whether it be on CD, color copies or email.  Please contact us and let us know how we can help you in any way.  Please review our latest images available for licensing.

If you are an Air Waves, Inc. customer who would like to use our images for advertising: For copyright reasons, anyone using our images for advertising purposes either on a website or in print, must have a release form from Air Waves, Inc.  If you do not have a signed release with the proper copyrights noted, it is classified as a copyright infringement.  It is simple to obtain the release; simply email or fax the images you would like to use in your advertising along with the catalog and page number of each design using Air Waves, Inc. part numbers to charris@airwavesinc.com or fax to 740.548.1212.  Please include your company information also.  We suggest that you are using the most current catalogs because oftentimes people request discontinued designs that we can not give permission to use.  This is an important step in keeping artwork protected from improper use and for the artists to receive their royalties due to them.
