PRINTING TECHNIQUES

Hot Split:
A hot split transfer with a soft hand, and a hot peel application. It is an excellent choice for decorating cotton, cotton blended, and fleece fabrics. Its semi-opaque inks cover well on white, heather, light and medium color fabrics without leaving any rubbery or patchy feel. A perfect fit for a direct print look with transfer flexibility.
Recommended uses: distressed and multi-color graphics (up to six colors) with soft hand direct print look.

Hot Peel Opaque:
A high opaque transfer with a soft hand,and a hot peel application process. It is an excellent choice for decorating cotton, cotton blended and fleece fabrics. Its opaque inks cover well on all colors of fabric without leaving a rubbery feel. A perfect fit for an opaque direct print look with transfer flexibility.
Recommended uses: multi-color graphics (up to six colors) with direct print look.

Cold Peel:
An opaque transfer designed to leave smooth matte finish, apply easily and cold peel. It is an excellent choice for decorating cotton, cotton blended and fleece fabrics. Its bright opaque inks cover well on all colors of fabric. A perfect fit for a vintage transfer look.
Recommended uses: multi-color graphics (up to six colors).

Cold Peel Duratrans:
Opaque transfers designed to leave a smooth matte finish, apply easily and cold peel. These transfers are bleed resistant and have a low application temperature. An excellent choice for decorating polyester, lycra, rib knit and textured fabrics. Its bright opaque inks cover well on all colors of fabric.
Recommended uses: multi-color graphics (up to six colors) on technical fabrics.

Glitter:
Glossy metal flake transfers that are opaque, peel cold and have exceptional adhesive properties. A perfect fit for today’s fashion forward designs.
Recommended uses: single color graphics with a shiny look and light-reflective qualities (one color only).

Digital:
Digital transfers bring the ultimate in high resolution digital graphics to a hot peel transfer. These high-quality graphics are designed for white and light colored fabrics and apply to most cotton and
cotton blended fabrics.  The
solution for small quantities
of multi-color and four color process and photographic
graphics projects.
Recommended uses: Photo real images and multi-color graphics over six colors (four-color process only).

SPECIAL EFFECTS

SUBLIMATION: Dispersed dye ink for polyester fabrics. These transfers can be applied to polyester fabrics and sublimation printable items.
Recommended uses: Mousepads, polyester garments, coated plaques and mugs also sublimation metals and plastics.

LITHO  (Matte or Glossy):  This transfer captures the finest photographic details in any reproduction.  Can be applied to any color, available with a matte or glossy finish, and can also include a glitter or shimmer.
Recommended Uses: Retro looking transfers and photo reproductions.

PROPAQUE™: This is a revolutionary new product that allows screenprinted four color process to go on dark garments. These transfers can also be applied to very stretchy or ribbed fabrics.

PUFF: Emphasize the main elements of your design by printing puff for textural relief.  Ask about other puff features like suede puff, glitter puff, and glossy puff.

GLITTER: Multi-size glitter flakes to provide maximum shine.

RHINESTUDS™: Genuine metallic stones and studs with the convenience of a heat transfer.  Works well on any color garments.

TRANSTONE™: A special washed out ink look perfect for vintage looks and pigment-dyed garments.

SHIMMER-SUGAR LOOK: A small flake glitter to provide a subtle shine.

ADHESIVES: Expand the range of garments you are able to decorate with transfers made with our special adhesives and backings.

TRANSTITCH™: A mock embroidered look rendered in puff to provide a stitched texture.

FOUR COLOR PROCESS: This is a full color reproduction that is more durable and has a softer hand than digital products. These transfers hold small details well and are recommended for white and light garment colors.

SIMULATED PROCESS: Simulates 4 color process with solid opaque colors for a special screenprinted process look.
