Custom heat transfers are a great way to personalize garments for your brand. Heat transfers give you an advantage over traditional direct printing methods in that it separates the design from the garment, which allows for a more flexible inventory system.

Pricing

Custom printed heat transfers created from your artwork supplied to us in acceptable digital format. Prices are based on the number of images you supply, number of colors, and the quantity ordered. Our minimum order is $250.00.

Additional charges

First time multi-image charge: Above prices are based on a single supplied image. If you do not supply a single camera-ready image the charge is $5.00 per image supplied.

Art charges: Prices are quoted with ½ hour allowance. Art that requires longer than ½ hour will be quoted at $60.00 per hour

Color change charge: $25.00 per color

Note: Custom Heat Transfers are intended for application to cotton and polyester/cotton blends. Heat transfers can be engineered for other substrate materials and will be quoted accordingly.

Submitting Art

Art will be accepted in the following formats

Art must be in vector form or in high resolution pixel form. High resolution, in pixel form, is considered to be 300-dpi at actual printed size.

Vector art is resolution independent. Please convert fonts to outlines or paths prior to submission to eliminate error resulting from font differences.
